Meet the Team

Matt Moody
Founder, President

Matt is the Founder and President of JM2 Health, bringing more than two decades of healthcare experience and a 15-year focus on advancing diabetes care. He leads the organization with a commitment to standardized, evidence-based diabetes management across health systems and physician practices.

Under Matt’s leadership, JM2 Health has assembled a multidisciplinary team of experts to help organizations build scalable diabetes service lines that improve clinical outcomes while supporting financial sustainability. These service lines are designed around diabetes-trained advanced practice providers in the inpatient setting and registered dietitians in outpatient care, supported by JM2 Health’s suite of technology and glucose measurement platforms. This integrated model streamlines diabetes services, enables outcomes measurement, and delivers high-quality, billable care.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys staying active, following sports, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
